We offer FREE worldwide shipping via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is always 100% FREE - ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

All Orders are shipped within 3 business days of your order from sunny San Diego, California. We will send you the USPS tracking number as soon as the item ships. (Please note that international shipments cannot be tracked beyond the US).

- We guarantee that all of our products will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days from the day it ships from our factory. If your item is defective, simply call us and we will coordinate the return of your item. We do not provide warranty service for damage caused by abuse, water damage, or dropping your phone. This is especially true on our bamboo cases since these cases are not designed to be dropped and may not survive if dropped. Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and bamboo being a natural material with random variation, we cannot guarantee a color match with images on the website. Also, laser engraving on bamboo and plastic is an unpredictable process and engraved darkness/contrast may differ from images. Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return.
